Steel Core Aluminum Stranded Wire Packaging and Transportation Requirements

1. The surface of the finished stranded wire shall be smooth and smooth, twisted evenly and tightly, and shall not have excessive lubricating oil, broken strands, loose strands, flattened and defects that are not commensurate with good industrial products. Loose strands are not allowed to occur when wires are truncated.

2. Cable shall be packaged and delivered in trays, the outermost layer and cable side plate edge distance should not less than 30mm, should be properly packed. Delivery length shall comply with GB1179--83 requirements.

3. Each factory product has a quality inspection certificate, each traverse is accompanied by a sign. Marking: manufacturer, specifications and models, length, gross and net weight of each wire from outside to inside, date of production, standard number used (for quality tracking).

4. Cable tray should comply with GB4005.1--83 "wire and cable delivery tray type size" and GB4005.2--83 "wire and cable delivery tray technical requirements" provisions.

5. It is prohibited to drop the insulated disc from the height in transportation, which should be fixed firmly to prevent collision or overturning.

6. Manufacturers should provide various test data with the goods.

7. When the user makes special requirements for the product, both parties should coordinate the solution.
