Characteristics of Nylon Sheathed Wire 

PVC insulated nylon sheathed wire is designed and manufactured according to UL62, UL83 and UL1581 standards. The main types of nylon sheathed wire are: THHN, THWN, and have temperature resistance levels of 80 ℃ and 105 ℃.

Nylon sheathed wire has better electrical and physical properties, better heat resistance, and can slow down or reduce the escape or migration of PVC components. Nylon sheathed wire has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, self-lubricating and oil resistance. Compared with the same size pvc insulated wire, it has the advantages of small outer diameter, light weight, small static friction coefficient and corrosion resistance, which can improve the safety and applicability of laying.
