In the manufacture and assembly of goods, the process and processing should be the same as the modern level. The line in the technical conditions should be suitable for both tensioning and slacking. The production of the wire and the twisting of the strand should be such that there should be no obvious twist or loose strands after the wire is cut. The formed steel core should be able to be recombined without difficulty after the wire is cut and the aluminum wire is peeled off from the steel core according to the joint requirements, and easy to hold with one hand the tube self-guide wire cutting end into the steel core. Similarly, the formed aluminum wire should also be easily recombined, and it is convenient to hold the connecting tube from the cut end of the wire into the aluminum wire with one hand.

Finished wires should reflect the quality of modern wire manufacturing in terms of materials, processes and design. After the manufacturing is completed, the shape and surface of the wire should be evenly cylindrical, and should remain in this state until the wire is erected.

When the wire is subjected to 30% of rated tension and is not subjected to tension, the allowable reduction of the circumference does not exceed 2%. The surface of the wire should be free of defects, flash, wear, and other non-uniformities or defects that increase radio interference and corona loss. When the wire is subjected to 50% of the rated tension, the wire and surface shall maintain its cylindrical shape and shall not cause any part to move relative to the improper position, thus affecting the longitudinal finish of the wire.
