3.The tension of the aluminum wire reel should be adjusted to be uniform and uniform to avoid the wire being serpentine.

4.Aluminum monofilaments are strictly prohibited from being damaged by collision during transport.

5.Always check the tightness of the stamper and replace the stamper in time to avoid the phenomenon of single-line misshare.

6.Lines should be arranged to avoid scratches between lines. If necessary, the paper should be placed between the layers.

7.Strengthen the monitoring of the inner layer and the adjacent outer layer of the strand, and strictly prevent the long rice section from entering the strand after the single-line break. In case of disconnection, the welding repair should be stopped in time.

8.Special emphasis: due to the agreement, the outer layer is not allowed to have solder joints. The outer layer must be cold-welded when the wire is broken. The identification card and the storage list should indicate the solder joints to facilitate communication and negotiation with customers. The inner layer can be soldered with resistance but must be annealed.
