The Planning And Design Of 10kV-35kV Overhead Cable
 

1.The planning and design of overhead transmission lines should be coordinated with the overall planning of the city. If there is no regional distribution network planning, the cross-section of the conductor should be determined according to the development plan of 20A power load.

2.The span of overhead cable line should not be greater than 50 m, tension section length should not be greater than 1 km. Overhead insulated line distance should not less than 0.4 m, the compact insulating bracket erection should not be less than 0.25 M.

3.If adopt the aluminum or aluminum alloy core insulation line, the design of the minimum cross-section of the main line is 150 mm2, the branch line’s is 50mm2.

4.On both sides of the contact switch, the branch rod, the tension rod joint and the wire may be sent back to the branch point of the line should be set off the power of the work place; when the line is working properly, the working place should be equipped with insulation cover.

5.The terminal of fuse, lightning arrester, transformer terminal and the insulated wire connection parts should be insulated and sealed.

6.Insulated wires should be equipped with switching equipment in the following areas:

(1)Longer trunk or branch lines;

(2)Ring power supply network;

(3)District boundaries.

The connection parts of  the equipment and insulated wire should be equipped with special insulating cover.
