Common Quality Problems of Cables
Common material quality problems are as follows:
1.copper rod: the use of recycled copper production, surface oxidation discoloration, tension is not enough, not round and so on.
2.PVC plastic: more impurities, heat loss is not qualified, the extrusion layer has pores, it is difficult to plasticizing, color is not correct and so on.
3.XLPE insulation material: anti-scorch time is short, easy pre-crosslinking and so on.
4.silane cross-linked material: the extrusion temperature is not good control,poor thermal extension, surface roughness and so on.
5.copper belt: uneven thickness, oxidation discoloration, tension is not enough, lotus leaf, softening less, more rigid, more short head, poor connection, paint or zinc layer off and so on.
6. steel wire: the outer diameter is too large, zinc layer off, galvanized enough,more short head, pull enough.
7. PP filling rope: poor material, uneven diameter, poor connection has a pimple and so on.
8. PE filler: partial hard, easy to break, arc is not equal.
9. non-woven: the actual thickness of the goods do not version, pull is not enough, when the width is uneven and so on.
10. PVC package: thick, pull enough, short head, uneven thickness and so on.
11. refractory mica tape: layered, not enough tension, sticky, reel wrinkles and so on.
12. non-alkali rock wool rope: uneven thickness, tension is not enough, more joints, easy to fall powder and so on.
13. glass ribbon: thick, spinning, the preparation of small density, mixed with organic fibers, easy to tear and so on.
14. halogen-free flame retardant belt: easy to break, with reel wrinkles, spinning, poor flame retardant, smoke and so on.
15. heat shrink caps: specifications are not accurate, the material memory is poor, long shrinking, poor strength and so on.
