How to use overhead cables:

1.The rated voltage is 1,10KV.

2.Cable laying temperature should not be lower than -20°C.

3.Long-term operating temperature of the cable:
    Polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE) insulation should not exceed 70 °C;
    Crosslinked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation should not exceed 90°C.

4. The highest temperature of the cable conductor at the time of short circuit ( the longest duration does not exceed 5 seconds ) ; the insulation of the polyvinyl chloride does not exceed 160 ℃; the polyethylene insulation does not exceed 150 ℃ ; and the cross - linked polyethylene insulation does not exceed 250 ℃.

10KV cable
Single core cable 20 (D+d) ±0.5%.
Multicore cable 15 (D+d) 0.5%.

1KV cable
     Cable outer diameter D<25mm......4D;
     Cable diameter D≥25mm......6D.
     In the formula: D----- the actual outer diameter of the cable (mm);
                  d------- the actual outer diameter (mm) of the conductor.

The use of overhead cables: overhead cable is a kind of cable construction method that hangs the cable rack on the pole with a certain height from the ground.
