YH Rubber Cable
Electric welding machine cable (YH cable) full name high-strength rubber sheath welding machine cable, commonly known as welding wire, it’s a kind of YC cable (general rubber sheath cable).

Its characteristic is the resistance is small, the voltage is low. The operating voltage generally ranges from 450 V to 750 V.
Structure of YH Rubber Cable
The structure of the YH cable is a single wire core, usually composed of multiple copper wires, and many copper wire groups constitute the conductor part of the electric welding machine cable, so the YH cable body is relatively thick, hundreds of copper wires. Multiple sets of copper wires are insulated by a layer of heat-resistant polyester film around them. Insulation layer is usually pure natural rubber, copper wire is oxygen free copper, so as to ensure the good conductivity of wire core and cable safety.
Common specification of YH Rubber Cable
The commonly used YH specifications are 16 square, 25 square, 35 square, 50 square, 70 square, 95 square, 120 square and so on.
Several characteristics of electric welding machine cable(YH Cable):
1.The YH cable operates under conditions of low voltage (highest voltage of 200V) and requires a certain degree of endurance.
2.The long-term allowable working temperature of the welding wire cable should not exceed 65 ℃.
3.The motor lead cable is frequently moved, twisted and cast, requiring softness and good bending performance.
4.It is easy to be scratched and rubbed by sharp steel components in the course of application, so it requires good mechanical properties such as tear resistance and wear resistance of cable insulation.
5.The use of environmental conditions is complex, such as sun exposure, water boiling, contact with muddy water, engine oil, acid and alkali liquid, etc., requires a certain weather resistance and oil and solvent resistance.
6.Sometimes hot welding parts are encountered, which requires good heat resistance deformation.
7.Moving often, require small outer diameter, light weight. Due to the low demand for the electrical performance of this kind of cable and the complex environmental conditions, it is not appropriate to satisfy various complicated environmental factors in the structure. Use attention to improve the use of conditions to prevent external damage.
